About the Crime: Ted Kaczynski, a Harvard graduate better known as the Unabomber, is a former mathematics professor-turned domestic terrorist. After abandoning his career, he sought out a more primitive lifestyle, living in a remote cabin without electricity or running water. Between 1978 and 1995, he killed three people and injured 23 others in an attempt to start a revolution by conducting a nationwide bombing campaign, targeting people involved with modern technology. He participated in CIA experiments while studying at Harvard, leaving some to believe he was a victim of mind control experiments via MK ULTRA.
